Location: 6-8 Rue Pafebruch, Parc d’Activités Industrielles at 8310 Capellen.
TPF was entrusted the complete architectural, technical building services studies and project management assignment for the realisation of the extension of the existing logistics centre RESUMA located at the industrial site of Capellen in Luxembourg. The existing building contains both a fresh dairy and frozen products division and a cheese cutting unit. Our project aimed to centralize the distribution of fresh products (dairy and frozen), meat and vegetables coming particularly from the shopping centre ‘La Belle Etoile’ before dispatching these products to other points of sale.
