Construction of the hospital of Cognac with 160 beds
Construction of a 5-storey H-shaped building with a capacity of 60 beds, connected by a 70-metre long gallery to the Arc-en-Ciel Clinic.
This building houses consultation/inpatient services: the emergency department, two general medecine units including geriatrics, cardiology, pneumology, oncology and consultation services, a gynecoly and obstétrics unit, a day-hospital, a short-term hospitalization unit, a continuous comprehensive health care unit, a psychiatric unit, magnetic resonance imaging, endoscopy, pharmacy, sterilization, morgue and central unit of cooking production.
- Chilled water air conditioning systems in the building and fan coil terminal units.

- Centralized Technical Management (CTM) for the control of 150 parameters
- Installation of: 2 x 2000 kVa transformers, 1 x 1650 kVa stand-by generator, 2 x Asi chains (200 kVa UPS in a N+N redundant system)
