TPF GROUP through his Portuguese company, TPF PLANEGE SA, has purchased 95% of the capital of P&V - Consultoria e Projectos de Engenharia, S.A.
The consortium TPF PLANEGE / PENGEST wins the tender for supervision of a new A4 Motorway stretch construction works, which includes the Marão tunnel, the largest in the Iberian Peninsula.
In the continuation of its development, TPF has recently purchased the Consulting Firm "BAGON Ingénieurs-Conseils S.A" based in Brussels.
This Tuesday 15 July was marked by the official start of the Green Fund, an investment fund set up by the bank Degroof.
